The latest innovation from Wahoo will literally take your indoor training to the next level! KICKR CLIMB indoor grade simulator is designed to work exclusively with the Wahoo KICKR Smart Trainers and when paired, it will add physical grade changes to your indoor training. When paired with Third Party Apps and devices, KICKR CLIMB blends ascents and descents with resistance changes for a truly immersive indoor training experience. The world isn’t flat; now, neither is your ride!
Please note: The KICKR Climb is only compatible with Wahoo smart trainers 2017 edition and newer.
Features
Real-Time Grade Changes: KICKR CLIMB physically adjusts your bike position to mimic real roads and mountain climbing. This allows you to naturally change position on the bike, engage climbing muscles, and improve pedaling technique to become more efficient and powerful climber.
App Controlled: Through the KICKR Smart Trainers, your KICKR CLIMB will replicate inclines and declines depicted in online training programs and mobile apps.
20% Maximum Incline: Through app control or manual control, the KICKR CLIMB can simulate inclines at a 20% grade *Exact grade changes dependent on bicycle size, wheel size and trainer type.
-10% Maximum Decline: Through app control or manual control, the KICKR CLIMB can simulate declines at a -10% grade *Exact grade changes dependent on bicycle size, wheel size and trainer type.
KICKR Smart Trainer Compatible: KICKR CLIMB was designed to work exclusively with Wahoo KICKR, KICKR CORE, and KICKR SNAP (2017 Editions and newer) to deliver the best possible riding experience. It pairs directly to the smart trainer for a connection that allows the trainer to control the KICKR CLIMB.
KICKR Desk Compatible: With proper placement, you can position the KICKR CLIMB under your KICKR DESK to complete your Wahoo ecosystem.
Wahoo Elemnt Bike Computer Compatible: Connect an ELEMNT or ELEMNT BOLT to your KICKR and KICKR CLIMB system to relive the ascents and descents from your favorite rides or routes while training indoors.
Direct Proximity Pairing: Use the KICKR CLIMB’s remote to quickly and directly pair it to your Wahoo KICKR Smart Trainer. Press the remote button and you are ready to go!
Locked and Unlocked Climbing Modes:
- Unlock Mode allows the CLIMB to react to grade changes from external sources such as Zwift or TrainerRoad, or from your ELEMNT or ELEMNT BOLT GPS bike computer.
- Lock Mode ensures the KICKR CLIMB will only respond to commands received from the remote.
Manual Grade Adjustments with Remote Control: KICKR CLIMB’s remote attaches to your handlebars so you can adjust the grade manually with a simple press of a button. When not in use the remote conveniently stores away in the top of the KICKR CLIMB.
Quick Release and Thru-Axle Bike Compatibility: In addition to standard quick release hubs KICKR CLIMB also supports 12x100, 15x100, and 15x110 thru axle hubs.
LED Indicator Lights: The LED indicator light on the remote control alerts you as to when the KICKR CLIMB is searching and/or paired with a compatible KICKR Smart Trainer.
Professional Grade Durability: Designed to withstand your toughest climbs and hardest efforts.

Wahoo Fitness is a tech-fitness company founded in 2009 and based in Atlanta, Georgia. Specializing in indoor bike trainers, GPS bike computers, heart rate monitors, apps, and sensors for cyclists, runners, and fitness enthusiasts.
Shipping & Delivery
Please note we are unable to ship selected bike brands, we are currently only able to ship Jamis, Eastern, Cruzee, Globber & Torker bikes. We do however offer Click and Collect from your local Bicycle Superstore.
Shipping
Shipped orders will be dispatched within two business days for direct to door orders excluding orders with stock located at Warehouse 2 which will dispatch within five business days. We charge a flat shipping rate of $9.95 AUD Australia wide ($14.95 AUD to Western Australia) for all orders (excluding bikes and bulky good items), via Australia Post and TNT. Please note that ‘bulky good’ items will incur an additional shipping fee, this includes indoor trainers, bike trailers, car racks, roof racks, child seats and some scooters. Please see the specific product page for more details.
All orders will be provided with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please note a signature is required upon delivery so please ensure you provide an address where someone is there to sign. If you would like to authorise for your order to be left at your door or in your mailbox, please specify details in the delivery instructions. Please note, if you elect for your parcel to be left at your premises, we cannot be responsible if the parcel goes missing. If you're not at home, Australia Post will leave a card or if you have a MyPost account via the AusPost app, email, or SMS.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Deliveries within Australian major cities can arrive within 5 business days from the date of dispatch. Some interstate and rural areas can take up to 10 business days.
For delivery time estimate please refer to the Australia Post Delivery Calculator and reference the Parcel Post Service. Our distribution centre postcode is 3179. Please allow an additional 2 business days for your order to be dispatched.

Free Click & Collect from Store
You can order products on our website and collect them from any Bicycle Superstore Location. Place your order online and select Click and Collect as your shipping method at the chosen pickup location. Depending on our stock on hand at each location and your product selection, you'll be given your estimated pickup time frame.
Smaller items that are in-stock will be ready for collection within 4 business hours from the time of placing your order. Products that need to be transferred from another location or bikes that need to be built may take up to 5 business days to be ready for collection.
We’ll send you an sms when your order’s ready to collect.
To collect your order you must bring your order confirmation email, valid photo ID (driver’s license or passport) and your credit card used for the transaction to the store.
You can check our current stock at each store location by clicking the find in store button on the specific product page.
Please note Giant, Liv & Momentum products are not available for Click and Collect from our Geelong store.

Returns
In-store Purchases and Click & Collect Orders
For returns & exchanges of purchases made in-store or via Click & Collect please return them to your point of purchase or collection.
Online Purchases
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for purchases made through www.bicyclesuperstore.com.au. For returns & exchanges of purchases made in-store or via Click & Collect please return them to your point of purchase or collection.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original packaging and condition, unworn, unused and free of any marks or damage and with all original tags attached unless the item is faulty.
We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items unless the item is faulty.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

· Your original sales order number.
· Which items you wish to return or exchange
· Explain your reason for return & if you require an exchange or a refund.

Returns that have not been authorised will NOT be accepted.
Return shipping must be prepaid and a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Bicycle Superstore will not be responsible for missing incoming deliveries.
