To make a minimalist shoe that retains the supportive structure of the legendary Empire while advancing the style, Giro started with a one-piece ultralight monofilament "Synchwire" mesh upper designed around a classic laced closure to fit and feel like a second skin. Thermal-welded Teijin® TPU adds structural support exactly where it's needed, and a high-modulus Easton® EC90™ SLX2 carbon fiber plate provides the ultimate stiffness-to-weight ratio for power transfer. Giro's adjustable SuperNatural Fit footbed system is the final touch, allowing you to customise arch support right out of the box for luxurious comfort and optimal pedaling efficiency.

Features
Synchwire: Synchwire construction is a stitch-less upper that's vented and reinforced to create a lightweight cycling shoe with incredible airflow and structural integrity. Synchwire is an advanced composite of thermo-bonded film that provides overall durability, a non-woven internal sheet for distributing the force from the closure system to the upper for direct power transfer, and mono-filament mesh for ventilation.
Easton® EC90™ SLX2 Carbon Outsole: Giro Easton-engineered outsole features EC90™ high modulus carbon for class-leading stiffness- to-weight, with a flat perimeter edge that allows your foot to conform naturally to the shoe's upper for greater comfort.
SuperNatural Fit System: The Giro SuperNatural Fit System includes an adjustable arch support kit with Low, Medium, and High arch supports. You can adjust arch support to enhance fit and pedaling efficiency while reducing the chances of common discomforts like hotspots, numbness, and cramping.
Laced Closure: In addition to infinite adjustability and the ability to conform to each zone of the foot, laces offer easy replacement and customisation, a more natural feel across the foot and reliability in even the most adverse conditions. Giro's tubular woven laces are designed to be highly durable, light and to hold a knot securely without slipping.

Shipping & Delivery
Please note we are unable to ship selected bike brands, we are currently only able to ship Jamis, Eastern, Cruzee, Globber & Torker bikes. We do however offer Click and Collect from your local Bicycle Superstore.
Shipping
Shipped orders will be dispatched within two business days for direct to door orders excluding orders with stock located at Warehouse 2 which will dispatch within five business days. We charge a flat shipping rate of $9.95 AUD Australia wide ($14.95 AUD to Western Australia) for all orders (excluding bikes and bulky good items), via Australia Post and TNT. Please note that ‘bulky good’ items will incur an additional shipping fee, this includes indoor trainers, bike trailers, car racks, roof racks, child seats and some scooters. Please see the specific product page for more details.
All orders will be provided with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please note a signature is required upon delivery so please ensure you provide an address where someone is there to sign. If you would like to authorise for your order to be left at your door or in your mailbox, please specify details in the delivery instructions. Please note, if you elect for your parcel to be left at your premises, we cannot be responsible if the parcel goes missing. If you're not at home, Australia Post will leave a card or if you have a MyPost account via the AusPost app, email, or SMS.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Deliveries within Australian major cities can arrive within 5 business days from the date of dispatch. Some interstate and rural areas can take up to 10 business days.
For delivery time estimate please refer to the Australia Post Delivery Calculator and reference the Parcel Post Service. Our distribution centre postcode is 3179. Please allow an additional 2 business days for your order to be dispatched.

Free Click & Collect from Store
You can order products on our website and collect them from any Bicycle Superstore Location. Place your order online and select Click and Collect as your shipping method at the chosen pickup location. Depending on our stock on hand at each location and your product selection, you'll be given your estimated pickup time frame.
Smaller items that are in-stock will be ready for collection within 4 business hours from the time of placing your order. Products that need to be transferred from another location or bikes that need to be built may take up to 5 business days to be ready for collection.
We’ll send you an sms when your order’s ready to collect.
To collect your order you must bring your order confirmation email, valid photo ID (driver’s license or passport) and your credit card used for the transaction to the store.
You can check our current stock at each store location by clicking the find in store button on the specific product page.
Please note Giant, Liv & Momentum products are not available for Click and Collect from our Geelong store.

If you're on a product which is currently sold out you'll see a “notify me when available” button where add to cart would usually be. Select the size and/or colour you're after and hit the notify me when available button, enter your email address and we'll let you know as soon as the item is back in stock.
Returns
In-store Purchases and Click & Collect Orders
For returns & exchanges of purchases made in-store or via Click & Collect please return them to your point of purchase or collection.
Online Purchases
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for purchases made through www.bicyclesuperstore.com.au. For returns & exchanges of purchases made in-store or via Click & Collect please return them to your point of purchase or collection.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original packaging and condition, unworn, unused and free of any marks or damage and with all original tags attached unless the item is faulty.
We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items unless the item is faulty.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

· Your original sales order number.
· Which items you wish to return or exchange
· Explain your reason for return & if you require an exchange or a refund.

Returns that have not been authorised will NOT be accepted.
Return shipping must be prepaid and a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Bicycle Superstore will not be responsible for missing incoming deliveries.
