Compatible with any of SRAM's Eagle ecosystem cassettes and crank arms, the upgrade kit allows you to experience AXS without needing to buy an entire groupset provided you already are using Eagle products. Features
Rear Derailleur: Riders want a derailleur that shifts on command, whether under climbing load or sprinting to the stage finish. The GX Eagle AXS derailleur gets it done with everything you have come to expect from our AXS connect components. The GX Eagle AXS derailleur is smart enough to protect itself thanks to its incredibly resilient Overload Clutch. Engineered with a variety of rider preferences in mind, it is compatible with SRAM's new expanded range 10-52t cassette as well as their 10-50t cassette. Showcasing its lineage from the proven GX Eagle mechanical line, the GX Eagle AXS derailleur is there for one thing - to do the job.
Shifter: Simplicity and performance made for all day adventures. The pure shifting performance of Eagle AXS™ is now available with GX. Shift under load, over the roughest terrain, uphill, without changing your grip on the bar. GX Eagle AXS™ changes your level of control on the bike when you’re under pressure and pushing hard. More than that, it changes your relationship with the bike. No cable, housing or wires to manage opened up design and engineering possibilities with the GX Eagle AXS™ controller. Featuring the proven ergonomic touchpoints that make shifting effortless, they are customizable to your preferences, allowing you to choose which button does what through the AXS™ App.
Battery: The SRAM battery is the power source for eTap® or AXS™ components. The same power unit is interchangeable between front and rear eTap® AXS™ derailleurs, Eagle AXS™ derailleurs, and the RockShox Reverb AXS™ seatpost.
Charger: SRAM batteries are literally a snap to remove and charge. Just flip the tool-free battery latch up and slide the battery up and out of the derailleur. Then snap the battery into the USB powered charger and connect the charger to any USB power source or A/C USB adaptor. A full charge takes up to 60 minutes to complete.
Technology
Eagle: Eagle technology represents SRAM's newest 1x drivetrain technology. Eagle is a lighter, simpler, more durable, and easier to use drivetrain. Eagle features all-new 1x components, engineered for even greater durability and performance while maintaining a significant weight advantage over other drivetrain solutions. Eagle technology also provides an expanded gear range of 520%, which is equal to 2x11 drivetrains.
AXS: AXS is SRAM’s new bike component integration system that connects electronic bicycle components and software. The SRAM AXS app allows riders to see battery status, change component behavior, personalize controls, get maintenance reminders, and update firmware.
About SRAM
Founded in 1987, SRAM (an acronym of the 3 founders names, Scott, Ray and Sam) is a privately owned bicycle component manufacturer located in Chicago. They're known for developing many of the inovative technologies used in bikes today including ETAP wireless electric shifting, Grip Shift, dedicated single chain ring drivetrains, narrow wide chainrings and more. Sram also own bicycle component brands Rockshox, Quarq, Zipp and Truvativ.
Shipping & Delivery
Please note we are unable to ship selected bike brands, we are currently only able to ship Jamis, Eastern, Cruzee, Globber & Torker bikes. We do however offer Click and Collect from your local Bicycle Superstore.
Shipping
Shipped orders will be dispatched within two business days for direct to door orders excluding orders with stock located at Warehouse 2 which will dispatch within five business days. We charge a flat shipping rate of $9.95 AUD Australia wide ($14.95 AUD to Western Australia) for all orders (excluding bikes and bulky good items), via Australia Post and TNT. Please note that ‘bulky good’ items will incur an additional shipping fee, this includes indoor trainers, bike trailers, car racks, roof racks, child seats and some scooters. Please see the specific product page for more details.
All orders will be provided with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please note a signature is required upon delivery so please ensure you provide an address where someone is there to sign. If you would like to authorise for your order to be left at your door or in your mailbox, please specify details in the delivery instructions. Please note, if you elect for your parcel to be left at your premises, we cannot be responsible if the parcel goes missing. If you're not at home, Australia Post will leave a card or if you have a MyPost account via the AusPost app, email, or SMS.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Deliveries within Australian major cities can arrive within 5 business days from the date of dispatch. Some interstate and rural areas can take up to 10 business days.
For delivery time estimate please refer to the Australia Post Delivery Calculator and reference the Parcel Post Service. Our distribution centre postcode is 3179. Please allow an additional 2 business days for your order to be dispatched.

Free Click & Collect from Store
You can order products on our website and collect them from any Bicycle Superstore Location. Place your order online and select Click and Collect as your shipping method at the chosen pickup location. Depending on our stock on hand at each location and your product selection, you'll be given your estimated pickup time frame.
Smaller items that are in-stock will be ready for collection within 4 business hours from the time of placing your order. Products that need to be transferred from another location or bikes that need to be built may take up to 5 business days to be ready for collection.
We’ll send you an sms when your order’s ready to collect.
To collect your order you must bring your order confirmation email, valid photo ID (driver’s license or passport) and your credit card used for the transaction to the store.
You can check our current stock at each store location by clicking the find in store button on the specific product page.
Please note Giant, Liv & Momentum products are not available for Click and Collect from our Geelong store.

If you're on a product which is currently sold out you'll see a “notify me when available” button where add to cart would usually be. Select the size and/or colour you're after and hit the notify me when available button, enter your email address and we'll let you know as soon as the item is back in stock.
Returns
In-store Purchases and Click & Collect Orders
For returns & exchanges of purchases made in-store or via Click & Collect please return them to your point of purchase or collection.
Online Purchases
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for purchases made through www.bicyclesuperstore.com.au. For returns & exchanges of purchases made in-store or via Click & Collect please return them to your point of purchase or collection.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original packaging and condition, unworn, unused and free of any marks or damage and with all original tags attached unless the item is faulty.
We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items unless the item is faulty.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To request a return or exchange please email webstore@bicyclesuperstore.com.au and include the following information:
· Your original sales order number.
· Which items you wish to return or exchange
· Explain your reason for return & if you require an exchange or a refund.

Returns that have not been authorised will NOT be accepted.
Return shipping must be prepaid and a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Bicycle Superstore will not be responsible for missing incoming deliveries.
